Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an energy-saving Korean paper yarn fabric using body heat reflection which is excellent in physical properties such as tensile strength, burst strength, and abrasion strength, and is excellent in body heat reflectance and is suitable for used as a fabric of winter energy-saving clothes, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises the steps of: a) manufacturing a Korean paper yarn fabric using a Korean paper composite yarn; b) forming a polyurethane-based adhesive layer on one side of the Korean paper yarn fabric; and c) coating the polyurethane-based adhesive layer with silver powder.
본 발명은 인장강도, 파열강도 및 마모강도 등의 물성이 우수하고 체열반사율이 우수하여 겨울철 에너지절감용 의복의 원단으로 사용이 적합한 체열반사를 이용한 에너지절감형 한지사 원단 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, a) 한지 복합사를 이용하여 한지사 원단을 제조하는 단계와; b) 상기 한지사 원단의 일면에 폴리우레탄계 접착층을 형성하는 단계와; c) 상기 폴리우레탄계 접착층에 은분을 코팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
