Zusammenfassung:A method for converting a nitrile functional group into a hydroxamic acid functional group according to the present invention can be easily proceeded at room temperature and normal pressure by using a peroxocobalt complex. And it is confirmed that the hydroxamic acid functional group finally produced through an intermediate, hydroxyimato cobalt (III) or a derivative comprising the same can inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Therefore, a conversion method of the present invention can be also applied for manufacturing prodrug for anticancer treatment. 본 발명에 따른 나이트릴 관능기를 하이드록사믹 엑시드 관능기로 전환시키는 방법은, 퍼옥소 코발트 복합체를 사용함에 따라 상온과 상압에서 용이하게 진행될 수 있으며, 중간체인 하이드록시메이토코발트(III) 화합물을 거쳐 최종 생성되는 하이드록사믹 엑시드 관능기 또는 이를 포함하는 유도체는 암세포의 생장을 저해할 수 있는 것으로 공지되 있으므로 본 발명에 따른 전환 방법은 항암 치료를 위한 프로드러그 제조에도 적용 가능하다.
