Zusammenfassung:An apparatus for supplying a working fluid of waste heat power generation according to an embodiment of the present invention, which uses a working fluid as sealing gas so as to seal a turbine, is characterized by comprising: a sealing panel supplying the working fluid to the turbine for formation of a sealing film when the working fluid comprising gas components satisfies a dry gas seal (DGS) condition for sealing the turbine; a first sensing unit installed at an entrance of the sealing panel so as to sense the temperature and the pressure of the working fluid supplied to the sealing panel; and a control unit determining whether the DGS condition is satisfied based on a proportion of ammonia included in the working fluid. 작동유체를 실링가스(Sealing Gas)로 이용하여 터빈을 실링할 수 있는 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 폐열발전 작동유체 공급장치는 기체성분의 작동유체가 터빈의 실링을 위한 드라이 가스 실(Dry Gas Sesl: DGS) 조건을 충족하면 실링막 형성을 위해 상기 작동유체를 상기 터빈으로 공급하는 실링패널; 상기 실링패널의 입구측에 설치되어 상기 실링패널로 공급되는 상기 작동유체의 온도 및 압력을 센싱하는 제1 센싱유닛; 및 상기 작동유체에 포함된 암모니아의 비율을 기초로 상기 드라이 가스 실 조건의 충족여부를 결정하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
