Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a device and a method for evaluating a state of a rotating wing. The device for evaluating the state of the rotating wing of the present invention comprises: a vibration sensor for sensing a vibration generated when a rotating wing rotates; a vibration signal storing part for storing a vibration signal sensed from the vibration sensor; and an evaluation part which generates a soundness factor of the rotating wing on the basis of the vibration signal stored in the vibration signal storing part and determines and diagnoses the state of the rotating wing on the basis of a soundness reference factor generated based on a normal signal. 본 발명은 회전날개의 상태 평가장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 회전날개의 상태 평가장치는, 회전날개가 회전할 때 발생되는 진동을 감지하는 진동센서; 진동센서로부터 감지되는 진동신호를 저장하는 진동신호 저장부; 및 진동신호 저장부에 저장된 진동신호를 기반으로 회전날개의 건전성 인자를 생성하여 정상신호를 기반으로 생성한 건전성 기준 인자를 토대로 회전날개의 상태를 판단하고 진단하는 평가부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
