Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an air quality information sharing system of a multi-use facility and a method thereof, and, more specifically, to a system which enables residents or users (visitors) of a multi-use facility like an indoor car park to receive and share rapidly transferred measured air quality data and a method thereof. An embodiment of the present invention provides the air quality information sharing system of the multi-use facility comprising: an air quality sensor installed at places of the multi-use facility to periodically measure and output air quality items listed in indoor air quality related rules; an air quality management server collecting and analyzing air quality data outputted by the air quality sensor and controlling an on-site output device to output the air quality data; and the on-site output device installed on the spot of the multi-use facility and outputting air quality related environmental information to the users and the residents of the multi-use facility in various manners by controlling the air quality management server, digitizing and displaying the air quality data to enable the users to see the air quality, and inducing guidance and evacuation by sound (voice) or lighting (flickering) in the case that the measured value (air quality data) is higher than a reference or a state of the air quality exceeds a reference which has a harmful effect on a physical body. 본 발명은 다중이용시설의 공기질정보 공유시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 실내 주차장과 같은 다중이용시설의 입주자나 이용자(출입자)에게 측정한 공기질 데이터를 신속하게 전파하여 공유할 수 있도록 하는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 다중이용시설의 공기질정보 공유시스템은, 다중이용시설의 곳곳에 설치되어 실내공기질 관련법에 나열된 항목의 공기질을 주기적으로 측정하여 출력하는 공기질 센서; 상기 공기질 센서에서 출력한 공기질 데이터를 수집하고 분석하며, 현장 출력장치를 제어하여 공기질 데이터를 출력하도록 하는 공기질 관리서버; 및 상기 다중이용시설의 현장에 설치되고 공기질 관리서버의 제어에 의해 다중이용시설의 이용자나 입주자에게 다양한 방식으로 공기질 관련 환경 정보를 출력하는 것으로, 공기질 데이터를 수치화하여 눈으로 확인할 수 있도록 표시하고, 측정치(공기질 데이터)가 기준치보다 높거나 공기질의 상태가 인체에 악영향을 미치는 기준치를 초과하는 경우 소리(음성)나 점등(점멸)으로 안내 및 대피를 유도하는 현장 출력장치; 를 포함하여 구성된다.
