Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a composition and a method for manufacturing polyurethane foam using a stable liquid catalyst composition comprising at least one liquid bismuth carboxylate catalyst and at least one liquid dialkyltin dicarboxylate complex. The disclosed composition and the method yield polyurethane foam having favorable properties, but requiring less metal. Polyurethane foam manufactured by the catalyst composition and the method is useful for laminated boardstock, construction panels, appliance insulation, spray-applied insulation, seat cushions, and mattresses. 적어도 하나의 액체 비스무트 카르복실레이트 촉매 및 적어도 하나의 액체 디알킬주석 디카르복실레이트 착물을 포함하는 안정한 액체 촉매 조성물을 사용하는 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하기 위한 조성물 및 방법이 기재된다. 기재된 조성물 및 방법은 호의적인 특성을 가지나, 금속을 덜 필요로 하는 폴리우레탄 발포체를 산출한다. 상기 촉매 조성물 및 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리우레탄 발포체는 라미네이트 보드스톡, 건축 패널, 기기 절연, 스프레이-적용 절연, 시트 쿠션, 및 매트리스에 유용하다.
