Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for recognizing an emotion based on an image which can accurately recognize an emotion by converting a brain wave signal into a brain wave image for each channel by time, resizing the brain wave image for each channel by time, and learning the same based on deep learning so as to classify emotions. 본 실시예들은 뇌파 신호를 시간에 따른 채널별 뇌파 이미지로 변환하고 시간에 따른 채널별 뇌파 이미지를 리사이징하고 딥러닝 기반으로 학습하여 감정을 분류함으로써, 감정을 정확하게 인식할 수 있는 이미지 기반의 감정 인식 방법 및 장치를 제공한다.
