Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a composition for alleviating atopic dermatitis using an active component, such as chemical formual 1, separted and identified from an extract of Careya arborea, which has the activity of inhibiting the expression of MDC and TARC in HaCaT cells, a human keratinocyte cell line treated with INF-γ and TNF-α. 본 발명은 INF-γ와 TNF-α로 처리된 인간각질형성세포주인 HaCaT 세포에서 MDC 및 TARC의 발현을 억제하는 활성을 가진, 카레야 아르보레아 추출물에서 분리·동정한 아래 등의 활성성분을 이용한 아토피 피부염 개선용 조성물을 개시한다.
