FBAR AIR-GAP TYPE FBAR AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING BY THE SAME

According to the present invention, an air-gap type film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) comprises: a substrate including an air gap unit on an upper surface; a lower electrode formed on the top of the substrate; a piezoelectric layer formed on the top of the lower electrode; and an upper electrode formed on the top of the piezoelectric layer. The lower electrode includes a first lower electrode formed by being spaced apart from the air gap unit of the substrate and a second lower electrode formed on the substrate by being separated from the first lower electrode and forming a non-laminated region for the air gap unit by laminating the second lower electrode to surround only a part of top of the air gap unit. 본 발명에 따른 에어갭형 FBAR(Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator)는 상면에 에어갭부을 포함하는 기판; 상기 기판의 상부에 형성된 하부전극; 상기 하부 전극의 상부에 형성된 압전층; 및 상기 압전층의 상부에 형성된 상부전극을 포함하고, 상기 하부전극은, 상기 기판 중 상기 에어갭부에서 이격되어 형성된 제1 하부전극; 및 상기 제1 하부전극과 분리되어 상기 기판에 형성되되, 상기 에어갭부의 상부 중 일부만을 에워싸도록 적층하여 상기 에어갭부에 대한 비적층 영역을 형성하는 제2 하부전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
