Apparatus for making noodles

The present invention relates to a noodle manufacturing device. A dough input unit (200) is installed in the upper part of a housing (100) of the noodle manufacturing device (10) in order to discharge dough to the outside. The housing (100) comprises: an attaching plate (300) which makes dough, discharged from the dough input unit (200), in a fixed thickness; a transferring unit (400) which transfers the dough passing the attaching plate (300); a heating unit (500) which steams the dough transferred by the transferring unit (400); a cooling unit (600) which cools down the steamed dough; a cutting unit (700) which cuts the cooled dough in a noodle shape; and a noodle collecting unit (800) which stores the noodles passing the cutting unit (700). The above components are installed in a vertical direction. Therefore, the noodle manufacturing device can process soft and fresh wet noodles by utilizing wet dough, can effectively utilize an installation space by allowing all steps from dough to noodle collecting to be conducted inside a single device, can produce wet noodles through an automatic continuous process, and can minimize manufacturing time. 본 발명은 면 제조 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 면 제조 장치(10)의 하우징(100) 상부에는 반죽을 외부로 배출시키는 반죽투입부(200)가 설치된다. 상기 하우징(100)에는 상기 반죽투입부(200)로부터 배출되는 반죽을 일정한 두께로 만드는 밀착 플레이트(300), 상기 밀착 플레이트(300)를 통과한 반죽을 이송시키는 이송부(400), 상기 이송부(400)에 의해 이송되는 반죽을 증숙시키는 히팅부(500), 증숙시킨 반죽을 냉각시키는 냉각부(600), 냉각된 반죽을 면 현상으로 자르는 커팅부(700), 및 커팅부(700)를 통과한 면을 수용하는 면 수납부(800)가 수직 방향으로 진행되도록 설치된다. 이와 같은 구성을 가지는 본 발명에 의하면, 습식 반죽을 활용해 부드럽고 신선한 생면을 가공할 수 있고, 반죽에서 면 수납까지 한 장치 내에서 이루어질 수 있으므로, 설치 공간을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있고, 생면을 자동 연속 공정으로 생산할 수 있으며, 제조 시간을 최소화 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
