The new ghost vaccine strain of the present invention can induce improved immunogenicity over existing ghost vaccines. 본원은, 박테리오파지의 홀린(holin) 유전자, 엔도라이신(endolysin) 유전자 및 Rz 유전자를 포함하는 카제트(cassette)를 포함하는 벡터에 의해 형질전환된 고스트 백신 균주, 이의 제조를 위한 벡터, 이를 포함하는 조성물 및 세균 고스트 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
