Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a phenol foam and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein, specifically, the phenol foam has a flame retardant uniformly distributed therein, thus having increased quality stability in insulating and flame-retardant properties, and thereby allowing the realization of both insulating and flame-retardant properties, which are in a trade-off relationship with each other. 본 발명은 페놀 발포체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 페놀 발포체 내에 난연제가 균일하게 분포하여 단열성 및 난연성의 품질 안정성이 개선되어 서로 상충관계에 있는 단열성 및 난연성을 동시에 구현할 수 있는 페놀 발포체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
