Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for analyzing miRNA using liquid chromatography, which comprises the following steps: (A) preparing a sample solution containing miRNA; (B) pouring the sample solution into a column of liquid chromatography having a non-polar column as a stationary phase; and (C) supplying an organic solution and an aqueous solution as a mobile phase. The method of the present invention is capable of rapidly separating miRNA components, and is highly useful for analyzing samples containing a large number of miRNA components because of high separation efficiency. 본 발명은 액체 크로마토그래피를 이용한 miRNA를 분석하는 방법으로서, (A) miRNA를 포함하는 시료 용액을 준비하는 단계; (B) 고정상으로서 비극성 컬럼을 갖는 액체 크로마토그래피의 컬럼에 상기 시료 용액을 주입하는 단계; 및 (C) 이동상으로서 유기용액 및 수용액을 흘려주는 단계를 거쳐 miRNA 성분들을 신속하게 분리할 수 있으며, 분리도가 높아 다수의 miRNA 성분을 포함하는 시료 분석에 유용하다.
