Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a glass composition with a middle refractive index for a road sign and a glass bead using the same. The glass composition has an excellent refractive index and durability, and comprises: 20-50 wt% of SiO_2; 30-55 wt% of BaO; 10-25 wt% of TiO_2; and more than 0 and equal to or less than 10 wt% of (Na_2O+ZnO), wherein a weight ratio of the (Na_2O+ZnO) and ZnO, which is ZnO/(Na_2O+ZnO), is 0.5 to 1. 본 발명에 따른 유리 조성물은 SiO20 내지 50 중량%, BaO 30 내지 55 중량%, TiO10 내지 25 중량% 및 (NaO+ZnO) 0 초과 10 중량% 이하로 포함하며, (NaO+ZnO) 및 ZnO의 중량비인 ZnO/(NaO+ZnO)는 0.5 내지 1인 것을 특징으로 한다.
