The present invention relates to a control system for a device and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the control system comprises: a plurality of control target units; a user terminal for controlling an operation of each control target unit; and an interface unit which is connected between the control target unit and the user terminal via an interface module, respectively, and transmits a signal transmitted and received between the control target unit and the user terminal, wherein the user terminal is provided with a plurality of processors operating in different operation system environments by a virtual machine of a hypervisor, wherein the plurality of processors include a first processor for controlling operation of the control target unit in a real-time operation system based environment and a second processor for providing an input/output environment according to the first processor operation. 본 발명은 기기의 제어 시스템 및 그 구동 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 제어 시스템은, 복수 개의 제어 대상 유닛; 각각의 제어 대상 유닛의 동작을 제어하는 사용자 단말; 및 제어 대상 유닛 및 사용자 단말 사이에서 인터페이스 모듈을 통해 각각 연결되어, 제어 대상 유닛과 사용자 단말 사이에서 송수신 되는 신호를 전달하는 인터페이스 유닛을 포함하며, 사용자 단말은 하이퍼바이저의 가상머신에 의해 서로 다른 운영체제 환경에서 동작하는 복수 개의 프로세서들을 구비하고, 복수 개의 프로세서는, 실시간 운영 체제 기반 환경에서 제어 대상 유닛의 동작을 제어하는 제1 프로세서, 이 제1 프로세서 동작에 따른 입출력 환경을 제공하는 제2 프로세서를 포함하는 것이다.
