The discharge electrode comprises: a core; and a coating layer surrounding the core. The coating layer includes silver (Ag) and a lower end of the core decreases in a cross-sectional area as the core proceeds in a downstream direction of an air flow direction. The discharge electrode has a double structure of a core and a coating layer so that dust particles in the air are efficiently charged. 본 발명은 코어와, 상기 코어를 감싸는 코팅층을 포함하고, 상기 코팅층은 은(Ag)을 포함하며, 상기 코어의 하단은 공기유동방향의 하류방향으로 진행될수록 단면적이 줄어드는 방전전극 및 이를 포함하는 대전유닛 및 전기집진장치를 특징으로 한다.
