Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to non-cadmium-based light-emitting particles exhibiting blue light emission. The non-cadmium-based light-emitting particles comprise: a core formed of a compound having barium (Ba) as a cation and having at least any one of sulfur (S), selenium (Se) and tellurium (Te) as a counter ion; and a shell layer disposed to surround the core and including a metal chalcogenide having one of the barium (Ba) and strontium (Sr) as the cation and having one of the sulfur (S) and the selenium (Se) as a counter ion. In addition, the diameter thereof is 7 to 20 nm.
본 발명에 따른 비카드뮴계 발광 입자는 바륨(Ba)을 양이온으로 하고, 황(S), 셀레늄(Se) 및 텔루륨(Te) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 짝이온으로 하는 화합물로 형성된 코어; 및 코어를 둘러싸도록 배치되고, 바륨(Ba)과 스트론튬(Sr) 중 어느 하나를 양이온으로 하고 황과 셀레늄 중 어느 하나를 짝이온으로 하는 금속 칼코게나이드를 포함하는 쉘층을 포함하고, 직경이 7 nm 내지 20 nm이다. |
