The present invention provides a tissue repair material comprising three-dimensional mammalian soft tissue, a cross-section of which is selected from at least one of a circle, an ellipse, and a rhombus shape; and a method of manufacturing the same. 본 발명은 무세포 진피를 주사 가능하도록 입자 형태로 가공한 조직수복재에 관한 것으로, 상기 조직수복재의 단면이 원, 타원, 마름모 형태 중 1종 이상으로 선택되는 3차원 형태의 포유류 연조직으로 구성되는 조직수복재 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
