Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method of preparing a YSZ nano-sol using solvothermal synthesis, which comprises: a step (a) of stirring a solvent with a zirconium acetate solution (ZAS) and a yttrium acetate solution (YAS) having the same concentration to prepare a mixed solution; a step (b) of adding a basic material into the solution to adjust pH of the solution; and a step (c) of performing a solvothermal reaction of the solution obtained in the step (b) at the temperature of 120 to 150°C to form a yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) nano-sol. According to the present invention, the method can prepare a high purity YSZ nanopowder which not only is uniform, but also is fine through the solvothermal synthesis performed at a remarkably low reaction temperature compared to existing hydrothermal synthesis, and the YSZ nanopowder prepared by the method of the present invention can be used in various uses as a ceramic material requiring high hardness, chemical stability and conductivity. 본 발명은 (a) 동일한 농도의 지르코늄 아세테이트 용액(zirconium acetate solution, ZAS) 및 이트륨 아세테이트(yttrium acetate solution, YAS)을 용매와 교반해 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 용액에 염기성 물질을 첨가해 pH를 조절하는 단계: 및 (c) 상기 단계 (b)에서 얻어진 용액을 120 내지 150 ℃의 온도에서 용매열 반응시켜 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아(yttria-stabilized zirconia, YSZ) 나노졸을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 용매열 합성법을 이용한 YSZ 나노졸의 제조방법에 대한 것으로서, 기존의 수열합성법에 비해 현저히 낮은 반응 온도에서 이루어지는 용매열 합성법을 통해 균일하면서도 미세한 고순도 YSZ 나노분말을 제조할 수 있으며, 본 발명에 따라 제조되는 YSZ 나노분말은 높은 경도와 화학적 안정성 및 전도성이 요구되는 세라믹 재료로서 다양한 용도에 사용될 수 있다.
