Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method for testing underwater insulation resistance and a withstand voltage of a heating film which comprises the steps of: applying a predetermined voltage to a heating film located in the water; obtaining an insulation resistance value and a current value of the heating film in accordance with the predetermined voltage; determining reliability of underwater insulation resistance and a withstand voltage of the heating film based on a predetermined test reference, the insulation resistance value and the current value; and performing an acceleration test before applying the predetermined voltage to the heating film. 수중에 위치하는 발열필름에 미리 설정한 전압을 인가하는 단계, 미리 설정한 전압에 따른 발열필름의 절연 저항값 및 전류값을 획득하는 단계 및 미리 설정된 테스트 기준과 절연 저항값 및 전류값을 기초로 발열필름의 수중 절연 저항 및 내전압의 신뢰성을 판단하는 단계를 포함하는, 발열필름의 수중 절연 저항 및 내전압 테스트 방법이 개시된다. 여기서, 테스트 방법은 발열필름에 미리 설정한 전압을 인가하기 전에 가속 테스트를 수행하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
