Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is to provide a taro leafstalk peeling machine which can quickly and conveniently peel a skin of a taro leafstalk having soft flesh and clear directivity (grain) peeled in a lengthwise direction without crushing the flesh. To this end, the taro leafstalk peeling machine comprises: a taro leafstalk inserting and transferring unit for pressing an inserted taro leafstalk to be flat so as to transfer the taro leafstalk to a peeling unit; the peeling unit positioned directly in the back of the taro leafstalk inserting and transferring unit to peel a skin of the taro leafstalk like roughly combing; and a peeled taro leafstalk extracting unit positioned directly in the back of the peeling unit to extract the output peeled taro leafstalk. 본 발명은 길이방향으로 벗겨지는 방향성(결)이 뚜렷하고 속살이 무른 토란 잎자루의 껍질을 신속 간편하고 속살이 문드러지지 않게 벗길 수 있는 토란 잎자루 박피기를 제공하려는 것으로서, 투입되는 토란 잎자루를 납작하게 눌러 박피부로 이송하는 토란 잎자루 투입이송부와, 토란 잎자루 투입이송부의 직후방에 위치하여 거칠게 빗질하듯이 토란 잎자루의 껍질을 벗기는 박피부와, 박피부의 직후방에 위치하여 박피되어 나오는 토란 잎자루를 반출하는 박피 토란 잎자루 반출부로 구성된 토란 잎자루 박피기를 특징으로 한다.
