Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a laminate forming device capable of restricting deformation in a laminate article, and a method for manufacturing a laminate article. According to the present invention, the laminate forming device comprises: a material layer forming device to form a material layer for each of a plurality of divided layers, which are formed by dividing a 3D article into each predetermined height, with respect to a forming area; a first irradiation device irradiating a first beam to a predetermined irradiation area of the material layer in a predetermined divided layer to sinter or melt the irradiation area so as to form a solidified layer; and a temperature control device to adjust the temperature of at least a part of the solidified layer to either or both of first and second temperatures. At least a part of the solidified layer reaches the first temperature and then reaches the second temperature. When the first temperature is T1, the second terminal is T2, a martensite transition start temperature of the solidified layer is Ms, and a martensite transition finish temperature of the solidified layer is Mf, all relations of T1 >= Mf, T1 > T2, T2 T2, T2≤Ms의 관계가 모두 만족된다.
