Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an ultra-precision grinding tool and, more specifically, relates to an ultra-precision grinding tool to reduce an error area of grinding when an object to be processed is ground with a grinding device. The ultra-precision grinding tool comprises: a shank unit fixated to a chuck of a machine tool; and a grinding unit coupled to a lower portion of the shank unit, and grinding an object to be processed while a diameter thereof becomes smaller from a lower portion to an upper portion. 본 발명은 초정밀 연삭툴에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 연삭장치를 이용한 가공대상물의 연삭 시, 연삭의 오차영역을 줄여주는 초정밀 연삭툴에 관한 것이다. 공작기계의 척에 고정될 수 있는 생크부와 상기 생크부의 하부에 결합되고, 하부에서 상부로 갈수록 직경이 작아지며 가공 대상물을 연삭을 할 수 있는 연삭부를 구비한다.
