Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a wound healing dressing material based on silver nanoparticles, which has a structure in which a polyurethane nano-layer is laminated on upper and lower surfaces of a central material which is an absorption layer composed of activated carbon fibers including silver nanoparticles by a hot melt adhesive. A dressing material having excellent skin adhesion and elasticity can be provided. The dressing material with high moisture permeability and high elasticity can be manufactured. 본 발명은 은나노입자가 포함된 활성탄소섬유로 구성된 흡수층을 중심재로 핫멜트 접착제로 상하면에 폴리우레탄 나노층이 적층된 구조인 은나노 입자 기반의 상처치료용 드레싱재에 관한 것이다.
