Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a circulation heating type food extractor. The food extractor includes: a main body (10) accommodating an object to be extracted with water; an extract circulation line (20) having a flow path for circulation by passing through the main body (10), wherein an extract is circulated in the extract circulation line (20); a circulation pump (30) circulating the extract and installed on the extract circulation line (20); a heat exchanger (40) having a pair of the flow paths heat-exchanged with each other and enabling the extract circulation line (20) to pass through the flow path at one side; a heating medium circulation line (50) having the flow path in order for a heating medium to circulate along the flow path on the other side of the heat exchanger (40); and a heating medium heating tank (60) installed on the heating medium circulation line (50) and heating the heating medium by a heater (61) or a burner. According to the present invention, the circulation heating type food extractor improves heating efficiency by the heating medium as a fixed amount of the extract is indirectly heated as the object to be extracted flows along the extract circulation line. Also, the circulation heating type food extractor can improve the extraction efficiency of the food.
본 발명은 순환 가열식 식품 추출기에 관한 것으로, 식품 추출기는 내부에 물과 함께 피추출물이 수용되는 본체(10)와; 본체(10)를 경유하여 순환하도록 유로가 형성되면서 추출액이 순환되는 추출액 순환라인(20)과; 추출액 순환라인(20)상에 설치되면서 추출액을 순환시키는 순환펌프(30)와; 서로 열교환되는 한 쌍의 유로가 형성되면서 추출액 순환라인(20)이 일측 유로를 통과하도록 설치되는 열교환기(40)와; 열교환기(40)의 타측 유로를 따라 열매체가 순환되도록 유로가 형성되는 열매체 순환라인(50) 및; 열매체 순환라인(50)상에 설치되면서 히터(61) 또는 버너에 의해 열매체를 가열하는 열매체 가열탱크(60); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 피추출물이 추출액 순환라인을 따라 흐르면서 일정량의 추출액이 간접 가열됨으로써 열매체에 의한 가열 효율이 향상되며, 식품의 추출 효율도 향상된다. |
