Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a culture container for three-dimensional cell culture and a three-dimensional cell co-culture method using the same, wherein a well is formed by a column disposed on the culture container, and at least one support part protruding from the column is formed in the well. According to the present invention, unlike conventional methods, cells are cultured at a position separated from the culture container, so that oxygen required for the three-dimensional cell culture structure is well supplied.
본 발명은 3차원 세포배양을 위한 배양용기 및 이를 이용한 3차원 세포 공배양 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 배양용기 상에 위치한 기둥에 의하여 웰(well)이 형성되며, 상기 웰 내부에는 상기 기둥으로부터 돌출된 적어도 하나의 지지부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래와 달리, 배양용기와 이격된 위치에서 세포가 배양됨으로써, 3차원 세포배양 구조물에 필요한 산소 공급이 원활한 장점이 있다. |
