Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a base station device and a terminal location measuring method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a terminal location measuring method in which a base station device measures a location of a terminal device using a first anchor and a second anchor. The terminal location measuring method comprises the steps of: selecting a first candidate site and a second candidate site with respect to a location of a terminal device by using location information of the first anchor and the second anchor; and determining the location of the terminal device in accordance with one location between the first candidate site and the second candidate site based on a result derived by analyzing a mobile communication environment related to the base station device. 개시된 기지국 장치 및 그 단말 위치 측정 방법은, 기지국 장치가 제 1 앵커 및 제 2 앵커를 이용하여 단말 장치의 위치를 측정하는 방법으로서, 제 1 앵커의 위치 정보 및 제 2 앵커의 위치 정보를 이용하여, 단말 장치의 위치에 대한 제 1 후보지와 제 2 후보지를 선정하는 단계와, 기지국 장치와 관련된 이동통신 환경을 분석한 결과를 기초로 하여, 제 1 후보지와 제 2 후보지 중에서 어느 하나의 위치에 따라 단말 장치의 위치를 결정하는 단계를 포함한다.
