Combination Valve for Hydrostatic Transmission

The present invention relates to a combination valve (10A, 10B) for a hydrostatic transmission, capable of reducing a production cost by increasing productivity in processing and assembly. Particularly, in the hydrostatic transmission provided with a variable-capacity hydraulic pump (P) and a hydraulic motor (M) having a rotational speed varying according to the flow rate of a pressure oil provided from the hydraulic pump (P) through a pair of main flow paths (L1, L2), a single valve device is configured by installing one valve shaft (11) provided in a pair of valve installation holes (3a, 3b) formed in a valve block (1), a valve body (12) for partitioning the valve installation holes (3a, 3b) into a front valve chamber (V1) and a rear valve chamber (V2) penetrating in a central axis direction, a neutral valve part (20a, 20b) provided inside the rear valve chamber (V2), and a relief valve part (30a, 30b) provided inside the front valve chamber (V1), in at least one valve installation hole (3a, 3b). 본 발명은 정유압 변속장치용 복합밸브(10A, 10B)에 관한 것으로, 특히 가변용량형 유압펌프(P)와, 1쌍의 메인 유로(L1, L2)를 통하여 유압펌프(P)에서 제공되는 압유의 유량에 따라 회전속도가 가변되는 유압모터(M)를 구비한 정유압 변속장치에서, 밸브 블록(1)에 형성된 1쌍의 밸브 설치구멍(3a, 3b)에 설치된 하나의 밸브축(11); 상기 밸브 설치구멍(3a, 3b)을 전방 밸브실(V1)과, 중심축방향으로 관통되게 형성된 후방 밸브실(V2)로 구획하는 밸브 몸체(12); 상기 후방 밸브실(V2)의 내측에 구비된 중립밸브부(20A, 20B); 및 상기 전방 밸브실(V1)의 내부에 설치된 릴리프밸브부(30A, 30B);를 상기 하나의 밸브 설치 구멍(3a, 3b)에 설치하여, 하나의 밸브장치로 구성한 것이다.
