Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a radiation sensitizer composition containing microRNA-30a and RNA-30b as active ingredients. According to the present invention, it has been confirmed that when a non-small cell lung cancer cell line is irradiated with low dose radiation (50 mGy), miR-30a and miR-30b which are micro RNAs are expressed. Also, it has been confirmed that miR-30a and miR-30b reduce expression of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) induced by high dose radiation irradiation and suppress radiation resistance. Therefore, miR-30a and miR-30b having the above effects are useful as a radiation therapeutic sensitizer composition. When various cancers with reinforced radiation resistance are being treated, radiation treatment efficiency can be improved even with a low dose, and side effects occurring during a high dose radiation treatment can be reduced. 본 발명은 마이크로 RNA-30a 및 RNA-30b를 유효성분으로 함유하는 방사선 민감제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 비소세포성 폐암 세포주에 저선량 방사선(50 mGy) 조사 시, 마이크로 RNA인 miR-30a 및 miR-30b가 발현되는 것을 확인하였으며, 상기 miR-30a 및 miR-30b는 고선량 방사선 조사에 의해 유도되는 플라스미노겐 활성인자 억제제-1(plasminogen activator inhibitor-1; PAI-1)의 발현을 감소시키고, 방사선 저항성을 억제하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 상기와 같은 효과를 가지는 miR-30a 및 miR-30b는 방사선 치료 민감제 조성물로 유용하게 활용되어 방사선 저항성이 증대되어 있는 다양한 암 치료 시, 저선량으로도 방사선 치료 효율을 증진시킬 수 있고, 고선량 방사선 치료 시에 나타나는 부작용을 감소시킬 수 있다.
