Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method for forming a composite coating layer with a distributed amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy. According to the present invention, in the method for forming a coating layer, an lCr alloy target and a TiCuNiZr alloy target are mounted and deposited at the same time to form a coating layer of a TiCuNiZrAlCrN-based alloy. According to the present invention, a coating layer having multiple layers that has a coating layer of the TiCuNiZrAlCrN-based alloy is formed in a base material of a cutting tool to manufacture a cutting tool with improved wear resistance, thermal resistance, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature hardness stability.
분산형 비정질 및 나노 결정립 합금을 이용한 복합 코팅층 형성방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 코팅층 형성방법에 의하면, lCr 합금 타겟과 TiCuNiZr 합금 타깃을 동시에 장착하고 증착함으로써, TiCuNiZrAlCrN계 합금의 코팅층을 형성할 수 있다. 본 발명은 TiCuNiZrAlCrN계 합금의 코팅층을 포함한 다층(Multi-layer)의 코팅층을 절삭공구의 모재에 형성함으로써, 내마모성, 내열성, 내산화성 및 고온경도 안정성을 향상시킨 절삭공구를 제작할 수 있다. |
