Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an alarm device which does not disturb others. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device can prevent an alarm sound which can act as a noise to sleeping people who are asleep other than a user from being exposed as an alarm offsetting unit offsets the alarm sound exposed to the outside of a case as well as outputting the alarm sound when a preset alarm time is reached. Therefore, the case can be used for various purposes such as a table or the like when the user does not sleep. 본 발명은 타인을 방해하지 않는 알람장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면 미리 설정된 알람시간 도달시 알람음이 출력됨과 동시에 알람상쇄부가 케이스 외부로 유출되는 알람음을 상쇄시킴에 따라 사용자 이외에 수면을 취하고 있는 다른 취침인원들에게 소음으로 작용할 수 있는 알람음이 유출되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 사용자가 수면을 취하지 않는 경우 케이스를 테이블 등의 다양한 용도로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
