Disclosed are a device and a method for controlling the electronic controlled engine RPM of a whole culm discharging type combine for carrying out threshing by injecting stems and ears simultaneously into a threshing part. According to an aspect of the present invention, the device for controlling the electronic controlled engine RPM of a whole culm discharging type combine, comprises: a cutting reverse rotation operation unit for inputting cutting part reverse rotation operation force for solving the clogging of a cutting part; a reverse rotation detection unit for detecting the operation position of the cutting reverse rotation operation part and providing the detected operation position detection information to an engine control unit; and the engine control unit for carrying out control so as to maintain or restore the electronic controlled engine RPM to a set RPM or reduce the same to a specific RPM on the basis of the information received from an engine RPM setting unit or the reverse rotation detection unit, wherein when carrying out the cutting part reverse rotation operation in order to solve the clogging of the cutting part while maintaining the engine RPM at a high speed during work, relating parts (a rotation shaft, a gear, a bearing and the like) can be prevented from being damaged due to the reverse rotation operation of the cutting part in a high speed rotation state. 줄기와 이삭을 동시에 탈곡부에 투입하여 탈곡을 수행하는 전간 투입형 콤바인(Whole culm discharging type combine)의 전자 제어식 엔진 회전수 제어 장치 및 방법 그리고 이를 포함하는 전간 투입형 콤바인이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 전간 투입형 콤바인의 전자 제어식 엔진 회전수 제어 장치는, 예취부 막힘 해소를 위한 예취부 역회전 조작력이 입력되는 예취 역회전 조작부, 예취 역회전 조작부의 조작 위치를 검출하고 검출된 조작 위치 검출 정보를 엔진 제어부에 제공하는 역회전 검출부, 엔진 회전수 설정부 또는 역회전 검출부로부터 전달받은 정보에 기초해 전자 제어식 엔진의 회전수를 설정 회전수로 유지 또는 복귀시키거나 특정 회전수로 감속시키기 위한 제어를 수행하는 엔진 제어부를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어져, 엔진 회전수를 고속으로 유지한 채 작업 중 예취부의 막힘 해결을 위해 예취부 역회전 조작할 경우 고회전 상태에서 예취부가 역회전 구동을 하여 관련 부품(회전축, 기어, 베어링 등)이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
