Zusammenfassung: | According to the present invention, provided is a low-energy consuming type NO_x removal reaction apparatus having a microwave-used catalyst heating means, and to a NO_x removal method using the same. The low-energy consuming type NO_x removal reaction apparatus of the present invention comprises: a reactor including a gas reactant injection region in a reaction tube, a microwave absorption reaction region having a denitrification catalyst-containing catalyst bed, and a gas product discharge region, in series; and a mocrowave generator for irradiating microwaves to a catalyst layer of the reaction tube. Accordingly, a denitrification catalyst in a reaction region is heated to a desired reaction temperature by a catalyst layer absorbing the microwaves during irradiation of microwaves but an NO_x-containing gas reactant in a reactant injection region and a gas product partially or entirely removed with NO_x in a gas product discharge region are not heated to the reaction temperature.
본 발명은 마이크로파 이용 촉매 가열 수단이 구비된 저에너지 소비형 NOx 제거 반응장치 및 이를 이용한 NOx 제거 방법을 제공한다. 저에너지 소비형 NOx 제거 반응장치는 반응관 내 기체 반응물 주입영역, 탈질촉매 함유 촉매층(catalyst bed)이 구비된 마이크로파 흡수 반응영역, 및 기체 생성물 배출영역을 직렬로 포함하는 반응기; 및 반응관의 촉매층에 마이크로파를 조사하는 마이크로파 발생 장치를 포함하며, 마이크로파 조사시, 마이크로파를 흡수하는 촉매층에 의해 원하는 반응온도까지 반응영역 내 탈질촉매를 가열하나, 반응물 주입영역 내 NOx 함유 기체 반응물 및 기체 생성물 배출영역 내 NOx가 일부 또는 전부 제거된 기체 생성물은 상기 반응온도까지 가열되지 않는 것이 특징이다. |
