Zusammenfassung:	One embodiment of the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and atopic dermatitis improvement containing a complex extract of a Psidium guajava leaf extract, a Mangifera indica leaf extract, and an Actinidia chinensis leaf extract as active ingredients and a method to manufacture the same. More specifically, provided is a cosmetic composition for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and atopic dermatitis improvement with no cytotoxicity, harmlessness to human body, and reduced skin irritation while remarkably improving an inhibitory effect on cytokine TARC/CCL17, an inhibitory effect on expression of TNF-α and IL-6, and an anti-oxidation effect. 본 발명의 일 구현예는 구아바잎 추출물, 망고잎 추출물 및 참다래잎 추출물을 포함하는 복합 추출물을 유효성분으로 하는 항염, 항산화 및 아토피성 피부염 개선용 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 사이토카인 TARC/CCL17의 억제 효과, TNF-α 및 IL-6의 발현 억제 효과 및 항산화 효과가 현저하게 향상되면서도 세포독성이 없고, 인체에 무해하며, 피부자극이 적은 항염, 항산화 및 아토피성 피부염 개선용 화장료 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
