Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method of recovering phosphoric acid from fermentation liquor or wastewater thereof, and to a process of recycling the phosphoric acid recovered for fermentation. More specifically, the method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) a concentration step; (b) a pH regulation step; (c) a crystallization step; and (d) a recycling step. According to the present invention, phosphoric acid can be recovered from fermentation liquor or wastewater thereof without using organic solvents, and can be recycled in a fermentation process.
