Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an over-slam bumper device for a tailgate pop-up, in which a tailgate (2) is opened when the tailgate (2) is opened by using the restoring force of a spring (30) provided between a first and a second case (10, 20) and a restoring force of a skirt part (42) of a rubber cover (40), and is capable of significantly increasing an amount of pop-up as well as the pop-up (rise) at a predetermined height, and performance of airtightness is able to be improved by the skirt part (42) which is seam-welded to a covering part (15) of the first case (10) when a first pad (50) and a second pad (60) and the tailgate (2) are spread outwards in a closing operation. 본 발명은 테일게이트 팝업용 오버슬램범퍼 장치에 관한 것으로, 제1,2케이스(10,20)사이에 설치된 스프링(30)의 복원력 및 러버커버(40)의 스커트부(42)의 복원력을 이용해서 테일 게이트(2)의 개방시 테일 게이트(2)를 일정 높이로 팝업(상승)시킴은 물론 팝업량도 크게 증대시킬 수 있고, 제1패드(50)와 제2패드(60) 및 테일 게이트(2)의 닫힘동작시 외측으로 벌어지면서 제1케이스(10)의 덧살부(15)와 면착을 이루는 스커트부(42)로 인해서 기밀성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 된 것이다.
