Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a photosensitive resin composition which has a high leveling effect, is capable of obtaining a photosensitive resin layer having excellent flatness even when containing a colorant, and is capable of reducing the generation of defects or pin marks; and a color filter and a liquid crystal display manufactured by using the photosensitive resin composition. The photosensitive resin composition of the present invention contains a resin component (A), a photoresist (B), and a surfactant (C), wherein the surfactant (C) is a polymer which has a C_1-C_20 fluorinated alkyl group (provided that the C_1-C_20 fluorinated alkyl group may be interrupted by an ether bond, an ester bond, a carbonyl group, and a urethane bond) and a lyophilic group formed in a side chain thereof, and has a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 50,000. 본 발명은 레벨링 효과가 높고, 착색제를 함유하는 경우라도 평탄성이 뛰어난 감광성 수지층을 얻는 것이 가능하며, 또한 디펙트나 핀 자국의 발생을 저감하는 것이 가능한 감광성 수지 조성물 및 그 감광성 수지 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 칼라 필터 및 액정 표시 디스플레이를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 관한 감광성 수지 조성물은 (A) 수지성분, (B) 감광제, 및 (C) 계면활성제를 함유한다. (C) 계면활성제로는 탄소수 1∼20의 불소화 알킬기(단, 에테르 결합, 에스테르 결합, 카르보닐기, 우레탄 결합으로 중단되어 있어도 된다.)와 친매성기를 측쇄에 가지며, 또한 중량 평균 분자량이 10,000∼50,000인 중합체가 이용된다.
