Noodle pressing machine

In a noodle pressing machine, a conveying unit (4) comprises: a chuck conveyor (43) supported by inserting a noodle (13) transferred from at least one pair of upper rolls and is made of comprising a pair of endless conveyors that deliver to a pair of lower rolls; and a guide board (45) provided between the chuck conveyor and the pair of lower rolls. The chuck conveyor is slantly disposed, so that the entrance side is lowered. An exit is located higher than an entrance of the pair of lower rolls, the guide board supports the noodle until passing the pair of lower rolls, and the noodle moves to a position where does not contact with the noodle after passing the pair of lower rolls.
