Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle notification system for preventing a traffic accident includes: a sensor unit detecting a moving object and outputting information on the moving object; and a control unit estimating a speed of the moving object by using the outputted information of the sensor unit and deciding whether the moving object is a vehicle by using the outputted information of the sensor unit and the estimated speed of the moving object. The control unit is able to control a notifying unit formed to notify information on existence of a vehicle and a speed of the vehicle in accordance with a kind of the moving object and the speed of the moving object. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 교통사고 예방을 위한 차량 알림 시스템은, 이동대상을 감지하여 상기 이동대상에 대한 정보를 출력하는 센서부 및, 상기 센서부의 출력 정보를 이용하여 상기 이동대상의 속도를 추정하고, 상기 센서부의 출력 정보와 추정된 상기 이동대상의 속도를 이용하여 상기 이동대상의 차량여부를 판단하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는, 상기 이동대상의 종류와 속도에 따라 차량존재 및 차량속도 정보를 알리도록 마련된 알림부를 제어할 수 있다.
