Micro-pin assembly for Inspecting electronic device

The present invention relates to a pin assembly for testing an electronic device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pin assembly for testing an electronic device comprises: a plurality of electronic device testing pins; a fixing film having a plurality of penetration holes into which the electronic device testing pins are inserted and coupled; and at least one auxiliary layer formed on at least one of first and second surfaces of the fixing film. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pin assembly for testing an electronic device forms an auxiliary layer by using silicon rubber on one surface or both surfaces of a fixing film into which a plurality of pins for testing an electronic device are inserted and coupled. Thus, a position of the pins for testing an electronic device inserted into a plurality of through holes can be precisely controlled. The present invention provides elastic force to the entire pin assembly for testing an electronic device, thereby reducing damage to an object to be tested and enabling accurate contact when the pins for testing an electronic device contact a plurality of terminals formed on the object to be tested. 본 발명은 전자 소자 검사용 핀 조립체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전자 소자 검사용 핀 조립체는, 복수의 전자 소자 검사용 핀과, 상기 복수의 전자 소자 검사용 핀이 삽입 결합되는 복수의 관통 홀이 형성된 고정 필름 및 상기 고정 필름의 제1 면 및 제2 면 중 적어도 하나에 형성된 적어도 하나의 보조층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전자 소자 검사용 핀 조립체에 따르면, 복수의 전자 소자 검사용 핀이 삽입 결합되는 고정 필름의 일 면 또는 양 면에 실리콘 러버를 사용하여 보조층을 형성함으로써, 복수의 관통 홀에 삽입 결합되는 전자 소자 검사용 핀의 위치를 정밀하게 조절할 수 있고, 전자 소자 검사용 핀 조립체 전체에 탄성력을 제공하여 복수의 전자 소자 검사용 핀이 피검사체에 형성된 복수의 단자에 접촉할 때에 피검사체의 손상을 줄이고 정확한 접촉이 이루어질 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
