Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a specific monoclonal antibody for type O among seven serum types of the foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV), a composite for detecting the type O of the FMDV including the monoclonal antibody, and a kit for detecting the type O of the FMDC using the monoclonal antibody. More specifically, the present invention develops a diagnosis kit for discerning only the type O of the serum types of the FMDV by using characteristics of the monoclonal antibody coupled specifically only to the type O of the FMDC, thereby quickly performing an early prevention measure for preventing spread of the disease. 본 발명은 구제역바이러스 7종의 혈청형 중 O형에 대한 특이 단일클론항체, 상기 단일클론항체를 포함하는 구제역 바이러스 O형 탐지용 조성물 및 상기 단일클론항체를 이용한 구제역 바이러스 O형 탐지용 키트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 구제역바이러스 O형에만 특이적으로 결합하는 단클론항체의 특성을 활용하여 구제역바이러스 O형 혈청형만을 감별할 수 있는 진단 키트를 개발함으로써 질병의 확산 방지를 위한 신속한 초기 예방 조치를 수행할 수 있다.
