Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a biosensor for measuring impedance, a temperature and hydrogen ion concentration. To this end, a measuring plate (10) is formed in a membrane structure to simultaneously measure a change in the impedance as an electrical feature of a cell, the change in the temperature as a thermal feature, and the change in the hydrogen ion concentration (potential of hydrogen, pH) as a chemical feature, thereby enabling the precise measurement of a state of cell culture and a drug reaction of the cultured cell. Therefore, the biosensor is capable of measuring a state of cell culture and a drug reaction of the cultured cell. The biosensor includes: the measuring plate; a circuit unit for a temperature measurement sensor; a dielectric sensor; a circuit unit for a first impedance measurement sensor; a circuit unit for a second impedance measurement sensor; a circuit unit for a first hydrogen ion concentration measurement sensor; and a circuit unit for a second hydrogen ion concentration measurement sensor.
본 발명은 측정 기판(10)을 멤브레인(membrane, 막) 구조로 제작하여, 세포의 전기적 특성인 임피던스 변화, 열적 특성인 온도 변화, 화학적 특성인 수소 이온 농도(pH, potential of hydrogen, 수소 이온 지수)의 변화를 동시에 측정함으로써, 세포의 배양 상태 및 배양된 세포의 약물 반응을 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 임피던스, 온도 및 수소 이온 농도 측정을 위한 바이오센서에 관한 것이다. |
