APPARATUS FOR TESTING LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND METHOD OF EMITTING THE SAME

The present disclosure relates to a method of testing a light emitting device. The method comprises a step of performing surface treatment to allow the first surface of a base layer to have a textured surface of a concavo-convex structure; a step of disposing at least one light emitting element on the second surface of the base layer formed to have a flat surface as the opposite surface of the first surface; and a step of separating a photodetector which receives light emitted from a light emitting element disposed on the second side of the base layer from the base layer. The light emitted from the light emitting element of the light detection object of the at least one light emitting element is emitted to the base layer and is uniformly scattered on the textured surface, and then is received by the photodetector.
