Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a kit for analyzing a sample-reagent reaction, which is convenient for performing a pretreatment process for a sample if necessary in a state where a sample and a reagent are contained in independent wells, respectively, and which is capable of stably performing a pretreatment process by preventing backflow, and easily analyzing a reaction after putting a reagent into a sample, and to an apparatus and a method for detecting target nucleic acid, which are configured to accurately detect target nucleic acid after performing a stable PCR amplification on the target nucleic acid by using the kit. To this end, the kit of the present invention comprises: a flow chip (110) having a first well (111) for containing a sample, a second well (112) for containing a reagent, and a flow path (113) for allowing the reagent of the second wall (112), which is overflowed, to be put into the first well (111); and a cover (120) for covering and sealing the flow chip (110) to prevent the reagent and the sample from being leaked, and having a filling member (122) formed on a portion covering the second well (112) to be filled in the second well (112) by push and allowing the reagent to be put into the first well (111), and a light transmitting window (121) formed on a portion covering the first well (111). A study related to the present invention is carried out by support of a core material source technology development project of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (PNA-nanohybrid fusion material and molecular diagnosis system development for diagnosing femtomole level cancer genes, a project number: 10047831). Also, for the method for detecting target nucleic acid according to the present invention, a verification experiment applied to an actual clinical sample is carried out by receiving a clinical sample from a human-derived material resource bank of Incheon St. Mary′s Hospital.
