Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing coffee chocolate pie in which coffee is added to the chocolate pie during the chocolate pie manufacturing process to have the flavor of coffee in the chocolate pie, and a coffee chocolate pie manufactured by the method. The coffee chocolate pie manufactured by the method of the present invention contains coffee in a chocolate-coated biscuit, and the sweetness of the chocolate and the bitter taste of the coffee are combined and the chocolate flavor and the coffee flavor are harmonized to enrich the flavor of the chocolate pie. The present invention has an effect of alleviating the problem caused by overeating of chocolate pie by supplementing the disadvantage of chocolate with coffee. 본 발명은 초코파이 제조과정에 커피를 첨가하여 초코파이에 커피의 풍미를 부가한 커피 초코파이의 제조방법 및 이 방법으로 제조되는 커피 초코파이에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법으로 제조되는 커피 초코파이는 초콜릿으로 코팅된 비스킷에 커피가 함유되어 초콜릿의 단맛과 커피의 쓴맛이 어우러지고 초콜릿 향과 커피 향이 조화되어 초코파이의 풍미를 풍부하게 하며, 초콜릿의 단점을 커피가 보완하여 초코파이의 과식으로 인한 문제점을 완화하는 효과가 있다.
