Provided are a data transmission method for a terminal, a terminal and a data transmission control method. The data transmission method for a terminal connected to a plurality of access networks and operated by at least one processor comprises the steps of: executing a virtual private network (VPN) application running on an operating system in order to set data in a terminal to be transmitted to the VPN application; connecting a non-reliable access network gateway for connecting the terminal to a private network, and receiving a private network access policy from the non-reliable access network gateway; selecting an access network for transmitting data in the terminal based on a routing table generated according to the private network access policy; and transmitting the data in the terminal to the private network through the selected access network.
