Zusammenfassung:	According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a method of manufacturing a hot stamping component comprises: a step of preparing a blank having a plurality of steel plates having different thicknesses or strengths and having a plating layer on a surface thereof; a step of joining a plurality of blanks by laser welding; a step of forming a taping layer on the surface of a welded part to which the blank is joined such that the welded part is not exposed; and a step of performing a hot stamping process on the tailor-welded blank including the welded part formed with the taping layer. 본 개시의 일 측면에 따른 핫 스탬핑 부품 제조방법은, 이종 두께 또는 강도를 가지며, 그 표면에 도금층을 갖는 복수 개의 강판으로 이루어진 블랭크를 준비하는 단계, 복수 개의 블랭크를 레이저 용접하여 접합하는 단계, 블랭크가 접합된 용접부의 표면에, 용접부가 노출되지 않도록 하는 테이핑층을 형성하는 단계, 및 테이핑층이 형성된 용접부를 포함하는 테일러 웰디드 블랭크에 대해 핫 스탬핑 성형을 실시하는 단계를 포함한다.
