The scrubber according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing; a pretreatment unit for pretreating exhaust gas by supplying a treatment liquid to the exhaust gas flowing into the housing; and a first treatment liquid supply pipe for supplying the treatment liquid to the pretreatment unit. The first treatment liquid supply pipe is connected to the pretreatment unit outside the housing.
