A JIG FOR MANUFACTURING TEA STICKS

The present invention relates to a jig for an automatic tea stick manufacturing apparatus, in which a stick paper (1) supplied with openings (2) at both ends is folded, is attached with a filter paper, is adhered at both side end portions thereof, and is cut to a size of a product, thereby manufacturing a tea stick product by the tea stick manufacturing apparatus by fixing and transferring the stick paper by the jig. The jig comprises: a main body (51) provided with an arrangement groove (52) and having both sides thereof each arranged about the center of the stick paper (1) to be folded; a clamp (55) fixed to each of both top surfaces of the arrangement groove (52) of both parts (53) of the main body so as to fix the both parts of the stick paper (1) with respect to the top surface of the main body; and a folding state maintaining means for supporting a lower part of the stick paper (1) when the stick paper (1) is folded so as to maintain the folded state. The stick paper is disposed on the arrangement groove formed on the top surface of the jig body, and then is held by the clamp, so that the stick paper can be folded at a correct position. A lower end of the folded stick paper is fixed by the folding state maintaining means, thereby automatically performing a following adhering and cutting process with easy and exact manner. Therefore, production efficiency of the tea stick is improved, and occurrence of a defect is remarkably reduced, as well as improving a quality of the product. 본 발명은 양측 단부에 개구부(2)가 형성된 상태로 공급되는 스틱 페이퍼(1)를 접지, 여과지 부착, 하부와 상부를 접합한 다음 제품 칫수로 컷팅하여 티스틱 제품을 제조하는 티스틱 자동제조장치에서 스틱 페이퍼를 고정하여 이송하도록 된 티스틱 자동제조장치용 지그에 관한 것으로, 스틱 페이퍼(1)의 접지될 중앙을 중심으로 양측 부분이 각각 배치되게 배치홈(52)이 형성된 본체(51)와, 상기 스틱 페이퍼(1)의 양측 부분을 본체의 상면에 대하여 고정하도록 상기 본체의 양측 부분(53)들 각각의 배치홈(52) 양측 상면에 고정된 클램프(55), 상기 스틱 페이퍼(1)가 접지될 때 하부를 지지하여 접지된 상태로 유지하는 접지유지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 지그 본체의 상면에 형성된 배치홈에 스틱 페이퍼를 배치하고 클램프로 유지시켜, 정확한 위치에서 스틱 페이퍼를 접지할 수 있게 되고, 상기 접지유지수단에 의해 접지된 스틱 페이퍼의 하단부를 고정하여 후속적인 접합 및 컷팅 공정을 보다 간편하고 정확하게 자동화하여 수행할 수 있게 되므로, 티스틱 생산 효율성이 향상되는 효과와 함께, 불량 발생이 크게 저감되고 제품의 품질이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
