Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition having an extract of a mixture composed of peach tree leaves; mulberry leaves; pagoda tree roots; plums; and willow bark, as an active ingredient. Accordingly, the cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition of the present invention contains five herbal extracts, and is excellent in skin soothing effects such as reduction of transdermal water loss and alleviation of skin redness without irritation to skin.
